Benefit of Massage Therapy

Whether you need to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain, massage therapy can enhance your overall well-being

What I Do

I customize your treatment according to your needs

I strive to understand the condition through continuing education, movement and lifestyle of the clients in order to adapt the treatment because I believe that each person is unique.

Massage therapy can help alleviate musculoskeletal disorders associated with everyday stress, muscular overuse, physical manifestation of mental distress and many persistent pain syndromes

Massage therapy can be an important part of your health maintenance plan by reducing or eliminating pain, improving joint mobility, improving lymphatic drainage, reducing muscular tension

Massage therapy can also be used as part of a preventative care program. This includes sports training, injury prevention, ongoing stress management and more!

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage is able to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and gives you a feeling of well being.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Crafted from resilient thick glass, this jug ensures lasting quality, making it perfect for everyday use with a touch of vintage charm.

ZEN SHIATSU

In Japanese, shiatsu means “finder pressure”. For shiatsu massage, the therapist uses varied, rhythmic pressure on certain precise points of the body. These points are called acupressure points, and they are believed to be important for the flow of the body energy, called chi.

SPORT MASSAGE

Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep pressure is used to reach deeper structures and for the treatment adhesion.

Why I do it

I’ve been there

I am a former gymnast who practiced for about 10 years and I have a thorough knowledge of sports injuries, acute and/or chronic pain. I understand the importance of the balance between body and mind that each person wants to maintain and cultivate for their life.

A few words about me…

I am a registered massage therapist who graduated from an advanced program at Kikkawa College in Toronto. I began my career as a holistic practitioner back in France in 2006. As a former competitive gymnast, with a background in nursing, and a passion for learning new techniques, I seamlessly incorporate Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, and Zen Shiatsu massage adapting to your unique needs. I am registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
